About the author
Travis Freeman is an entrepreneur and financial planner who became a self-made millionaire in his 20s. After experiencing food stamps as a child, Travis became fascinated with the powers and complexities of money. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in economics from Missouri State University. He started a financial-planning practice out of college that also led to investing in private businesses. As a Certified Financial Planner, Travis helps business executives and entrepreneurs with complex financial needs. This experience fueled his passion for teaching the public how to reach financial independence using the strategies of the wealthy. Travis and his wife enjoy philanthropy focused on education and regularly support charities that help low-income and first-generation students attend college.
